An unlikely group of recreational drug takers are drawn into protecting the Sanctuary'. Life has not been particularly easy for Lennon, Adam, Drew and Eden and is about to get a whole lot worse. The Shifter, a rather nasty piece of work, has his eye on the Sanctuary' and the small problem of its exact location isn't going to put him off. Nothing will stand in his way, especially if he uses the bodies of the sleeping town's inhabitants as his army. With a little help from the Police Coroner and a mysterious pair, with an usual array of weapons, war is waged on the Shifter.
