Detective Angie Bartoni lands another unusual case. Angie, along with her partner, Dan Roberts, suddenly finds that they are emerged in a bizarre case where young women are being kidnapped, sexually assaulted, and then used for archery target practice.
As the bodies pile up, a plan to flush out the perpetrator is developed. There is one hitch, however. It will mean that Angie will have to put herself directly in the sights of the crazed killer.
Everything depends on timing. Unfortunately for Detective Bartoni, things do not go as planned and Angie is soon fighting for her life. Stalked, she is about become their next victim and her prospects look bleak.
