Kyle Harding's Return

Annie Blake is one of the last people to hear that Kyle Harding’s back in town. Torn between misgivings and pleasure, she knows most of the citizens of Trenton, Kentucky, will welcome him with open arms. Years before, her family had almost got away with ruining his life. After his name was cleared, he and his mother, Sara, moved away.
Now that he’s back, Annie tries to build a wary peace between them. As the pieces of their past start to mingle with the present, Kyle begins to question what he knows about Annie and the rest of the Blakes. Is she like the other two degenerates or is she a woman left with a reputation she doesn’t deserve? When Annie’s stepfather, Richmond, reappears to try and cause trouble once more, the sheriff must work with Annie, Kyle and his mother to find a way to protect her and find a peaceful future together.
