With the insidious spread of drug trafficking effecting so many lives, Australia suddenly woke up. Through the intervention of a wealthy philanthropist and the persistence of Tully, a dogged, and flamboyant journalist, a chase begins across the China sea. seeking to destroy the source of opium smugglers, Tully finds himself emotionally shattered and in danger of being murdered. On top of which his infatuation with a beautiful girl leads him into trouble of a different kind.
