Janos Hussein is a philanthropic billionaire with a great interest in the Persian Gulf. His tankers have been helping to supply water to the parched Gulf states, but a 'water war' nevertheless seems inevitable. In his search for a regular supply of fresh water, Janos finds himself up against more than just bureaucracy.
