Benji is lost. All of the things he thinks he knows come crashing down in one night. When he makes a decision to end his life he doesn’t realize the outcome of his choice until it’s too late. He decides life wasn’t worth fighting anymore, but just when he thinks the end is near he is saved by the only person he has ever loved.
Lexi is his best friend and the woman he is in love with. Or so he thinks. She came out and broke his heart leaving him with no hope. Until he meets Seth.
Seth is his bona fide babysitter. He’s on suicide watch and right away Seth tells him the story of how he came out and what happened after. His continuous flirtations do nothing to calm Benji’s mind.
Benji fights his growing attraction towards Seth and the constant denial does nothing to ease his worries that he woke up from nearly dying only to have something wrong with him. Something more than before. But Seth doesn’t give up. He knows that things happen for a reason, and sometimes you have to take a leap of faith to reap the rewards.
