Sandy didn’t mean to see it happen. Talk about being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Sandy had only taken the trash out. She had just started the job a couple nights ago and already she was finding herself in deep trouble. Not only did she see something she wasn't supposed to, but the man who pulled the trigger saw her running away.
He heard her too late to have his men grab her. The new girl he hired was outside. He hadn’t known it when he was taking care of business. Well, she would pay for spying on him. He would send a couple of his clan after her. When he got her back, he would turn her. Once she was a vampire, he would put her to work at one of his Brothel houses. She would make a beautiful prostitute. All kinds of creatures would pay big bucks to be with her. If they got too rough with her, she would heal. After all, they wouldn’t be able to kill her.
After a vampire rescues her, she becomes friends with him. Sandy then finds another runaway in trouble, Jill. Before long she finds that she has more trouble than she knows how to deal with. Not only is she on the run from a madman, but he is having her hunted with a large reward on her head.
When she gets taken from her new friend's house one night, she has to fight. She fights to get away before she can be delivered to the man who wants her back. The man who has big plans for her. She finds herself on the run and trying to protect her new friend, Jill. From state to state they try to escape. Constantly on the run. They end up borrowing cars (stealing) and getting shot at as they try to find the way back to Timothy’s house. Timothy and his posse of vampires, who had promised to protect her. Timothy, who she had feelings for.
