Three women each wrestle with conscience: Samantha gave up a son years earlier and now seeks to find him; Sally kept a secret from her high school love whom she now finally hopes to marry; and Miranda runs to Alaska to escape Zack, only to find herself pursued by two other men. The womens’ lives intertwine in Milford-Haven, a small, idyllic coastal town, where they find supportive conversations, but also challenges as their faces clashing values of growth versus environment, and the arts versus business. Painter Miranda Jones, Environmentalist Samantha Hugo and restaurant owner Sally O’Mally each begin to realize they can shift from living at the effect of circumstances, to causing what they truly desire.
