Unemployed and just out of college, Belle strives to quickly find a job, but encounters difficulty. To complicate things, Belle's mother sends her to her aunt and uncle who she just found out existed. Struggling to adjust to her new life, Annabelle Wright finds herself a displaced person. However, her aunt and uncle try to think of a way to help Belle. Instead, they discover troubling things about Belle's state of mind. As they try to persuade her otherwise, they take her to their cabin where she discovers a hidden path which may lead to an adventure or perhaps to something more.
