Jamie is a young queen with the usual problems: what should I wear out on Friday? Does the guy I like fancy me...?
But strange things are afoot, bringing new questions with them: Who is the mysterious boy his flatmate brought home? And why is his best friend suddenly acting weird?

Set across the streets of Brighton and Manchester around the Millennium, Petit Mort features a cast of queens and faeries, old gods and monsters.

Petit Mort was my first attempt at writing a novel. I make no apologies for the text; I’ve neither the time nor the inclination to go back and re-edit what twenty two year old me wrote. So I present this work as it is, in virgin form. The edges are a little rough, but there’s heart and pathos here that I hope will make up for the raw spelling and grammar.
About the author
An adopted Mancunian (I've been here since just after the Millennium), I live with my husband and three rescue cats. In my Clark Kent guise I don glasses and scrubs for the NHS. When not doing this I write fiction that might best be described as urban fantasy with a healthy dash of yaoi (look it up).
My vices are good books, cute guys and cookies, not necessarily in that order.
