Arriving on the beautiful planet of Cerulean, Evita reunites with her budding romance, Tanton, and the child they saved, Cady. But they are not welcomed in the new city. They are seized by Pacorro Ruiz, the ruthless head of the mob – the man who raised her from youth, and the man whose son she killed.
The mobster detains Tanton and Cady, and after putting a charge in Evita's head that will detonate upon her escape, he sends her to the deplorable Funhouse to live a wretched life as a demimondaine. Trapped inside the cathouse, Evita learns of a possible lifesaving plan: escape from her captivity and steal the planet's most priceless painting from Pacorro's deadly rival, then trade it for her friends.
