As London simmers through a heat wave, racial tension mounts in the East End. A religious leader dies, a political leader fans the flames, an immigrant community’s anger grows. Then an arsonist sets fire to an Asian cinema leaving hundreds dead, and the mob goes on a rampage. Their first target is the fire department. Jay’s stumbled into a whirlwind of violence and drug dealing, and to get out alive, he’ll have to nail a brutal criminal.
